Clients who do not need to use a specific bandwidth provider can utilize bandwidth on BTP's redundant network. For clients who need technical assistance and cannot be on-site, Baltimore Technology Park offers round-the-clock "Remote Hands" support and Smart Outlets for remote server reboots. BTP can also assist with a client's backup needs, offering tape rotation and off-site backup storage.
