Jim Weller, president
Jim brings more than 20 years of expertise to BTP with former positions at MCI, Sprint, and Frontier Communications. Most recently he served as vice president of business development for Switch and Data, responsible for strategic planning, product road-mapping and sales deployment strategies. Before joining Switch and Data, Jim was the vice president of wholesale services at e.spire/ACSI, a major CLEC/Competitive Access Provider based in Maryland where he was responsible for the deployment and sales of metropolitan network solutions to service providers in 30 markets nationwide.

Thomas V. Cunningham, chairman
In 1995, Tom coined the term, "Automated Hosting," and founded Alabanza, whose core competency is a fully-automated hosting solution. Tom continues to serve as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Alabanza. Tom also founded BulkRegister in 1999 (sold to eNom in 2006) with a strong conviction that domain name registrars and reseller channels would enable a global revolution in e-commerce, communications, and business management. Tom is also chairman and founder of TruePresence, a national Internet marketing franchise system. Tom earned a master's degree in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland, and has extensive experience in digital multimedia and web hosting technologies. He was named the 2002 Regional Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.

Keith Britt, Controller
As Controller for the company, Keith is responsible for the accounting, payroll, treasury and financial reporting functions of the organization.  Keith started his career at Black and Decker and later moved to St. Paul Co’s where he traveled the country to perform forensic accounting investigations into troubled clients.   For the last eight years, Keith has focused on managing the accounting functions of high-growth entrepreneurial organizations.  His last company, a capital medical equipment and technology sales organization, partnered with GE Healthcare, Kodak, IBM and other world-class organizations and experienced over ten years of continuous sales growth.

Keith is a Certified Public Account (CPA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and has a B.S. in Accounting from Loyola College.

James Gohng, director of business development
James brings to BTP more than 10 years of sales experience with data center, Internet and telecom solutions. James has held sales positions with MCI Government Markets’ managing agencies including the Department of Commerce and the Environmental Protection Agency, Internet provider UUNET, where he sold nationwide broadband services, and Qwest Communications, where he was responsible for growth in hosted applications and data center services for the Midwest region. James is a graduate of Gettysburg College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.

Jerome Mullen, director of operations
Jerome brings to BTP over 15 years of experience in Network Operations, Information Technology, and Data Center Infrastructure. Initially trained by the US Army, Jerome has worked for the Defense Telecommunication Service at the Pentagon where responsibilities included routing secure phone traffic throughout the Military District of Washington, including the White House. He has also worked at MoblieComm Communications, Aether Systems, and Alabanza Inc., where he held technical and management roles. Jerome has received certifications in Network Engineering and Management, EIC Interactive Intelligence, and has been a Microsoft MCP since 2000. He also has been trained by industry leading mechanical infrastructure companies such as Stultz ATS, where he has received certification as a Factory Authorized Service Technician.

Mike Mummert, manager IT/ project management
Mike has over eight years of experience in the Network Operations and IT field. A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) since 2004, Mike currently holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification in Security Specialization on Windows Server 2003. Mike is also an Altigen Certified Engineer (since 2005) and has extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, application and hardware support, phone infrastructure and VoIP, Linux, networking, backup systems, and desktop and server deployment.
