A highly respected expert in the data infrastructure field, he has been involved in all aspects of the data center industry, including the design, management, site selection and acquisition of more than 50 centers nationwide. Prior to co-founding Baltimore Technology Park he was an original member of Switch and Data’s executive team, where he directed strategic planning, initiating product and sales deployment strategies that helped facilitate the company’s tremendous market share growth by the time he left in 2005. Weller began his career at MCI in 1985 and over the past 25 years has held various positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, operations, as well as merger/acquisition responsibilities.
